Our services include, but are not limited to, advice on visa options, application preparation, and migration legal guidance. All legal and migration services are provided by independent lawyers and migration agents and are subject to a separate Professional Services Agreement.

3. Service Limitations

AustraliaPRO is not a law firm, and our owners and staff are not lawyers or registered migration agents. Certain services, such as lawyer-client privilege, may differ from those offered by a traditional law firm. All legal services are provided by authorized professionals, subject to a separate Professional Services Agreement.

4. Client Obligations

​

Clients must provide accurate and complete information throughout the migration process. Misrepresentation or omission of relevant information may result in delays or rejection of the application, and AustraliaPRO will not be held responsible for such outcomes.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

​

AustraliaPRO is committed to protecting client privacy. All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Fees and Payments

​

Service fees are specified in our service agreements and must be paid according to the agreed schedule. AustraliaPRO reserves the right to suspend services if payments are not made on time. Payments made are non-refundable, and prices may be subject to change without notice, although existing agreements will be honored.

7. Visa Guarantee

​

AustraliaPRO is committed to handling your case with the utmost skill and ethics to achieve favorable results. However, we cannot guarantee visa approval, as the final decision lies with the Australian Department of Home Affairs and review tribunals.

8. Provision of Information

​

Personal information is required to provide appropriate advice for Australian visa applications. You must provide all requested information and documents in a timely manner. The accuracy of our advice depends on the completeness and precision of the information you provide.

9. Service Ethics

​

At AustraliaPRO, we adhere to high ethical and professional standards. We are committed to treating all clients with respect, transparency, and honesty. We strive to provide high-quality services and act in the best interests of our clients at all times.

10. Quotes and Validity

​

Quotes provided by AustraliaPRO are valid for 30 days from the issuance date. If you accept a quote after this period, it may need to be revised and adjusted according to current rates and conditions.

11. Service Delivery Times

​

Service delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the case and the availability of required information. We strive to meet agreed deadlines and keep our clients informed about the progress of their applications.

12. Service Cancellation

​

We accept cancellations or rescheduling of consultations with a 100% refund if we receive the cancellation request at least 5 days in advance. For tourist visa application services, cancellations and refunds are only accepted if AustraliaPRO has not started the work. Otherwise, refunds will not be issued.

13. Risk Responsibility and Limitation of Liability

AustraliaPRO is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our services or information provided on our website. AustraliaPRO’s liability, including its directors, employees, and agents, is limited to the cost of the service provided. Clients must indemnify and hold AustraliaPRO harmless against all liabilities incurred in connection with service provision, except those arising from negligence or breach by AustraliaPRO.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, and software, is the property of AustraliaPRO and protected by copyright laws.
